This page explains how to request deletion of your Ragreen account
and personal data, including data connected to a Google, Apple, or
Facebook sign-in. For what we collect and why, see the full
Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Ragreen doesn't yet have a self-service "delete account" button in
the app, so requests go through email:
- Email privacy@ragreen.eventus.media
from the address on your Ragreen account (or tell us the account
email if you can't).
- Put "Delete my account" in the subject line.
- We'll confirm your identity if needed, then process the
deletion — typically within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, login credentials, and profile details (name,
phone, address, location pin).
- Your active listings and their photos.
- Your cart, loyalty points balance, and saved payment-free order
history tied to you as the buyer.
- Your device's push-notification token.
- The Google/Apple/Facebook sign-in link on your account, if you
used one — this only removes the connection on our side; it
doesn't touch your account with that provider, which you manage
directly with them.
What we may keep, and why
A few things aren't deleted outright, so the marketplace stays fair
and usable for the people you transacted with:
- Orders where you were the seller — the buyer's
own order history references these; we anonymize your identifying
details on them rather than deleting the record entirely.
- Reviews you left — the listing they're attached
to keeps the rating and comment, shown as "Deleted user" instead
of your name.
- Reports you filed or that were filed against you
— kept as part of our moderation history, with personal details
removed where the report itself doesn't need them.
Everything else covered above is fully removed, not just hidden.
